1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.  Odds of winning will depend upon number of entries.

2.  ELIGIBILITY.   You may also register on line by clicking here or at any Southland Nursery locations.  Only one entry per household permitted and winners must be at least 18 years of age.  Employees, officers and directors of Southland Nursery, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, immediate family members and those with whom such persons are domiciled are not eligible.

3.  TERM.  Southland Nursery Gift Certificate Giveaway  will begin on Oct.17, 2010.

4.  PRIZES.  On the first day of each month, each of our (2) locations will award the following prize will be awarded to winner(s):

ONE - $25  Southland Nursery Gift Certificate

Winner will be randomly selected on the 1st of each month and will be notified by email.  All winners will receive a Southland Nursery Gift Certificate good for all Southland Nursery products only, not valid for services.  Gift Certificates cannot be used for past purchases or existing contracts.  Gift Certificate are not redeemable for cash, and all gift cards will expire on December 1, 2010.  Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.

5.  RULES and DISPUTES.  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and Restrictions and of all decisions of Southland Nursery, and of its interpretation of these Rules and restrictions.  Southland Nursery is not responsible for illegible written entries, the timing of written entries, computer or technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the verification of email addresses.  Southland Nursery reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be violation of these Rules and Restrictions.

6.  EMAIL POLICY.  Southland Nursery does not share or sell any of our customer information or emails.  All entrants will receive weekly emails about valuable coupons and other promotions from Southland Nursery.  Any entrant may unsubscribe from our email list at any time and your information will be removed from our system.
